With their presence commonly found in houses, cockroaches can be very irritating and unhygienic. They come in different shapes and sizes. One can place these in the common habitat areas of cockroaches like dark corners and specific paths to trap them down. Proper sanitation. This stands for proper hygienic maintenance of the inside and outside environment. Ensure that the house is dirt free at all times. The the sink should be cleaned and avoid piling up dirty dishes for a long time. Throw away garbage from the trash bin every morning to maintain cleanliness.
Cockroaches need food to eat. When you provide them with the basic food environment they won’t stop coming back. Dirt is their number one source of food. Smaller insects can also be food to them. Hence, clear all dirt lying in and around the house to get rid of them and starve them.
Deny them a place for shelter. Cockroaches like to stay in dark corners of the house. Cracks and holes provide the right shelter for a cockroach.
